Abstract: Based on the experience of solving problems of foresight, it should be noted that the multi-factor, multiparameter, heterogeneous and weakly structured information of the researched subject areas used at different stages of the process of foresight, leads to difficulties related to the presentation of knowledge, the construction of the survey forms, results processing and coordinated control foresight process as a whole. In order to effectively implement the process of scenario analysis it is expedient in on-line mode to develop automated tools for knowledge extraction, coordinated distribution of data flow of its processing, means in-depth analysis of the studied subject areas, taking into account all the necessary factors for the studied problem.
