Abstract: The paper describes the application of distance learning techniques to presentation of instructional materials on Computer Networks. The subject of the work is the discussion on the effectiveness of selected lectures creating methods for workshops. The techniques presented have been applied to the development process of newly built distance learning platform used at Rzeszow University of Technology.
