Abstract The vision physiology investigations and computer vision information technologies creation objectively are the interconnected areas of human activity. One of principle differences between the vision and the computer vision is the variable sizes of the receptive fields excitation zones. Using the systemology analysis of the neurophysiology sources the new model of the neuron operation is offered. The variable resolving ability to be used the new tasks of visual information processing can be solved.
